Wedding Bars
At Bars 2 U we are confident that we have set up and run wedding bars in almost every possible circumstance, from marquees in fields to stately home drawing rooms to village halls and private homes. Whatever the venue, whatever the weather, we can make sure you have a bar with top branded drinks. We have hand-pull local ales and a selection of wines, lagers, spirits, shots, cocktails and soft drinks to suit all tastes and to keep the party refreshed! We will always talk you through our regular stock so you will have the opportunity to let us know if you happen to have a group of Jaeger Bombers or perhaps some serious real ale drinkers, in which case we will work with you to make sure you and your guests have their favourite tipple.

Festival Bars
We’re old hands now when it comes to festival bars, having started many moons ago with Kendal Calling and subsequently covered rock/dance/folk festivals such as Ravenstonedale Festival, Party in the Park, Just So Festival, North Lonsdale County Show, Proms in the North of England as well as several other smaller events.
No two festivals are the same though, so we can talk through what you want to do and how we would go about achieving it with you. Financially, all festivals work slightly differently, so we can be flexible about how that side of the set up works as well. Both our objectives will, at some point, be to make a profit whilst providing a great experience for the general public!

Other Events
In terms of organising your event, we aim to be one of the suppliers on the list who, once booked, looks after themselves! All we need is electricity and access to water for glass washing, as well as access on to the site of course. We also take care of the licencing so that’s one less formality for you to worry about.
To give an idea of the sort of events we have covered, we haven’t done a Bar Mitzvah but have pretty much covered everything else.. including; charity fundraisers, local authority staff functions, weddings, birthday parties, opening ceremonies, football club events, student balls, festivals, Proms in the Park, wedding anniversaries, agricultural shows… The list just keeps growing!
We carry an extensive range of products, including soft drinks, spirits, real ale, lager (both on draught and bottled) and a selection of wines. If there is something in particular that you know you would like at the event then do please let us know and we will make sure we have it in stock.
