Run by Nick & Sarah Smith, we have an army of experienced staff we can call on depending on the size of your function. All staff are fully trained on licensing laws, have many years bar experience among them and enjoy providing good customer service.

Our Latest Event: Fat Face Brand Camp – 400 guests +1free mobile drinks bar = an amazing party.

This week bars2u mobile bars supplied our 10meter mobile bar setup to Fat Face LTD for there summer Brand Camp, there were 400 guests in attendance from the CEO down to shop workers, and best of all – the bar was free! What we do

Back in the day, it all began with just a trestle table and a fairly basic beer pump set up, but several years down the line we have now got a full bar set up, including illuminated cocktail-style bars, professional bar fridges, ice machine and card machine. In a nutshell, we provide a bar set up that looks as though it could be a permanent fixture. And all this with a smile!

How we do it

We will need an area of floor around 3 metres by 3 metres as a minimum. Providing we have access to the building or marquee and there is an electricity supply, we will get on and do all of the rest! Water in situ is helpful too, but it’s the electricity that is essential.
Our aim is for you never to have known there was a bar on site by the time we have left. This means we clear all glasses/cups, bottles and take all of our own rubbish away with us.
We are as environmentally friendly as we possibly can be, so sort all of our rubbish and will always recycle what we can responsibly.

FAQs

How much space will you need?
We need around 3m by 3m to set up the bar, fridges and barrels. More space would be ideal so that we can set up a wash-up and store area near the bar to make sure we keep service running smoothly. We do this discretely and often in a gazebo at the rear of the marquee or in a nearby kitchen if at an indoor event
Can you do a Champagne reception for us to begin with?
Yes! We will just need to discuss the logistics of it; the budget for the champagne, any favoured brands, glass hire etc, but absolutely, that’s no problem.
How much do you charge?
Our prices are comparable with pubs in the area and our products are all leading well-known brands.
What do you need us to provide?
Space, electricity and some water (although if water is impossible, we can our own portable supply).
How does the licensing work?
We organise the license so that’s another thing off your list!
Do we need to supply the glasses?
We bring all our own glassware for the drinks we are providing.

For your peace of mind we hold full public liability insurance and can provide a risk assessment upon request.
